20X TBS Buffer with Tween-20


20X TBS Buffer with Tween-20 is a Tris buffered saline solution containing tween-20 (pH 7.7). The solution contains an isotonic concentration of NaCL and the surfactant Tween-20. The buffer is provided as a 20x concentrated solution and should be diluted prior to use. The diluted solution is appropriate for many immunohistochemical (IHC) procedures.
