MyeloGrab
Antibodies on the surface of MyeloGrab paramagnetic particles are directed against antigens present on the surface of human progenitor and other myeloid cells, most monocytic cells, mast cells, NK cells, some T cells, and at low levels on granulocytes. This product has utility in positive selection of the indicated cell types or the depletion of non target cells from blood specimens. Utilization of this product may improve the sensitivity of downstream assays designed for the detection of various hematological malignancies.
