DAB Chromogen Kit
3,3’-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) is used for immunohistochemical staining procedures. In the presence of peroxidase enzymes, DAB produces a brown precipitate that is insoluble in alcohol and xylene. The DAB Chromogen Kit consists of a liquid DAB chromogen and DAB substrate buffer to be mixed just prior to use.
DABK-100 is sufficient to generate 100ml of working solution. DABK-1000 is sufficient to generate 1000ml of working solution.
