Sample Collection and DNA/RNA Extraction
All of our kits use magnetic bead technology for the recovery of DNA and RNA in elution buffer suitable for various downstream applications. All of our kits can be used on high throughput instruments such as the King Fisher or by manual low throughput procedures. Our bead beating extraction kits are well suited for multiple sample types especially difficult samples such as urine with large amounts of debris. This extraction method utilizes a bead beating for a more effective mechanical disruption of cells and thereby eliminates the need for expensive and time consuming enzymatic procedures. We also offer extraction kits for specific sample types. All of our products are available in either kit format or as a la carte items.
